Dura Bull Stencil Inc. – Return & Refund Policy
1. Return Eligibility
- We do not accept returns without a valid reason.
- Returns are only accepted in cases of verifiable quality issues.
- All claims must be supported by clear evidence, such as photos or videos.
- Products that have been used, cuted or altered are not eligible for return under any circumstances. Use, cutting, blasting, or partial consumption of the product constitutes acceptance of the goods and confirms that the customer has inspected and approved the product for use.
2. Return Request Timeframe
- All claims must be reported within 15 days of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used, cut, or partially used products
- Customized or special-order products
- Clearance or discounted items
- Products that have been altered
4. Return Authorization Required
- All returns must be approved in advance.
- Please contact info@durabullus.com and provide:
- Invoice number
- Product details
- Description of the issue
- Supporting photos or videos
- Unauthorized returns may be refused or discarded.
5. Refund Policy
- Refunds are issued only after received, inspection and approval.
- Refunds will be processed via the Check or ACH transfer.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the issue is caused by us (e.g., wrong or defective product).
6. Return Shipping
- The goods must be returned using the original packaging and the return label provided by Dura Bull. Unauthorized return methods may not be accepted.
- We will provide a return shipping label or arrange transportation via LTL or other freight methods. (If the return is not due to our responsibility, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.)
- The customer is required to cooperate with proper packaging and make the goods available for pickup. Any additional charges incurred due to customer-related issues, including but not limited to truck waiting time or dry run fees, will be the responsibility of the customer.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the issue is caused by us.
7. Limitation of Liability
- Due to the nature of sandblast stencil materials and variations in equipment, usage methods, and operator experience:
- We do not guarantee performance results in all conditions
- We are not responsible for application-related issues
- Customers are responsible for testing and confirming product suitability before full use.
8. Inspection Upon Delivery
- Customers must inspect all goods immediately upon delivery.
- Any visible damage, shortage, or delivery issue must be noted on the carrier’s delivery receipt at the time of delivery and reported to Dura Bull within 48 hours.
- Failure to report shipping damage within this timeframe may result in denial of the claim.
9. No Express or Implied Warranty
- Except as expressly stated herein, Dura Bull Stencil Inc. makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
10. Force Majeure
- Dura Bull Stencil Inc. shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to transportation delays, customs inspections, labor disputes, natural disasters, or carrier-related issues.
11. Acceptance of Policy
- By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this Return & Refund Policy.
12. Governing Law
- This Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California, USA.
- Dura Bull reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a product qualifies for replacement, refund, partial credit, or denial of claim.
